Luna Lovegood

Luna is so strange that I somehow doubt a One-night snogging session. When someone snogs her, it is serious.
Oh sorry Leila. I miss read your post. I'll be more carefull from now on.

I agree with the One.
Someone would have to be serious to snog her! I simply don't think Luna is right for anyone. She's a free spirit and I don't think she would want to be tied down, a bit like Ginny.
I don't see Luna with anyone. She is too out there. I love her charactor and I would be disapointed if she was with anyone.

Even if she is out to lunch does not mean that she is not interested in boys. She also has her strengths and are beautiful in her own strange way (I think.)
She may very well be interested in and want a man (e. g. a red haired one?
) and there may very well exist men that are not to shallow to see beyond her strange faced and fins the beauty behind.
Of course, she may very well not meet that man, because most men will look elsewhere first. (Who can blame us?)
But I do not think that her weirdness makes her happiest at her own, it just means that she needs a man that accepts her for what she is. If she cannot find that, she is better of on her own.

Yes, Chris, one would have to be serious to snog Luna. But there are loads of boys out there who is as out to lunch as her. Who says she has to find someone at Hogwarts?
No worries, but discussion over. There is no more need to discuss it. I explained the definition and the use of said word is acceptable in an appropriate context. Leila
Let me rephrase what I was saying. I don't see her with any of the main charactors. I see her with someone more like her. I didn't mean that I wanted her alone. I do hope she does find someone nice.

Great Post the One. Unbelievable the way we can manage to convey the message without mentioning anyone.
Really sublte Onesy - NOT. Well it was a great post without all the what you know references!
For those of you that have watched the Peter Pan movie don't you think that Rachel Hurd Wood would make a perfect Luna....
Here is a link to the most Luna looking pic I could find. She is 14 now so she would be about 15/16 when OOP would be filming - pefect age

(I also posted on actors thread)
Hmm....yeah kinda!!
Thats a good one Sam. But I wish for some one with really huge eyes. I think Luna's most distinctive physical feature is her huge eyes.
Believe me - in "Peter Pan" Rachel Hurd Wood has huge eyes.
Good, I would like her to have some luminous lenses. What do you think, which would be more moon like? Silver or Pearl Grey?
I imagine they would use the same one's they used on Ollivander.
